How It All Began

Every great mission starts small. Ours began in a living room with a shared belief that safety saves lives.

ASEC was founded by a group of passionate trainers who knew that workplace safety should never depend on luck. In the earliest days, they taught First Aid with the simplest tools, driven not by resources, but by conviction. Among them was Wong Wee Zhee, who continues to lead ASEC today as CEO and the last remaining co-founder.

As word spread and demand grew, one realisation became clear: real impact requires a strong system and a stronger team. What began as a single First Aid programme soon expanded into a complete Emergency Response Series, supported by a dedicated family of trainers and professionals.

The journey hasn’t always been easy. Every obstacle has sharpened our purpose and strengthened our resolve. Guided by our vision, mission and values, ASEC continues to bring together people who share one belief:

A safer future is possible. And it starts with us.

Our Core Values - RISE

RISE is the way we work, teach and support one another. It reminds us to elevate our standards, uplift our people, and make a greater impact every day.

R – Respect Our People & Work

We believe that respect builds the foundation of trust and teamwork. Every trainer, client, and participant deserves to be valued for their contribution.

Respect reminds us that saving lives begins with valuing the people around us and the work we do together.

I – Integrity as Our Foundation

Integrity means doing the right thing even when no one is watching. It is the compass that guides every decision we make and every promise we keep.

By upholding honesty and transparency, we earn the confidence of our clients and the trust of our team.

S – Synergy for Win-Win Collaboration

True progress happens when we work together. Synergy means aligning our strengths with our partners, our clients, and our community to achieve outcomes that benefit everyone.

Through collaboration, we multiply our impact and move closer to a safer Malaysia.

E – Excellence in Our Quality

Excellence is not an achievement but a mindset.

From the classroom to the field, we continuously raise our standards to ensure every programme we deliver meets the highest level of quality, effectiveness, and professionalism.

The ASEC Standard ensures quality at every step.

From trainer qualification to programme design and seamless training delivery, we raise training quality through a proven, structured approach.
