Not Just Size. Evidence of Training Quality and Impact.
The HRD Awards evaluation for training providers is not simply about being the largest provider or generating the highest revenue.
The submission process looks at training and employer engagement, followed by evaluation from judges based on learning and development merit. This means the award recognises the quality, impact and evidence behind a training provider’s work.
Evidence Based Submission
Submissions are reviewed with supporting information, not only general claims.
Training and Employer Engagement
Training providers are first shortlisted based on consistent training levels and employer engagement.
Learning and Development Merit
Judges evaluate eligible submissions based on learning and development merit.

Recognition Is a Milestone. The Standard Must Continue.
This award is a meaningful recognition for ASEC, but it is not the end point. It reminds us to keep improving how we design programmes, develop trainers and deliver learning experiences that help organisations become better prepared.
We will continue strengthening the ASEC Standard through our people, programmes and processes, so that every training session brings us closer to our vision: one day, no one shall die in an accident.
