1 Day CPR & AED Included Basic First Aid Awareness Certificate of Training HRD Corp Claimable
When to choose EFA

Choose EFA when your team needs essential awareness, not full first aider competency.

Office based or lower risk workplaces

Suitable for teams that need basic First Aid awareness but are not exposed to higher operational or industrial risks.

General employees, not appointed responders

Useful for employees who should know what to do during common emergencies, but are not formally assigned as workplace first aiders.

When time and team availability matter

The 1 day format makes it easier for smaller teams or office staff to attend training with less disruption to daily work.

When should you consider BOFA instead?

If your employees are appointed as ERT members, workplace first aiders or expected to complete competency assessment, Basic Occupational First Aid may be the better fit.
