On 30 January 2026, we hit pause for our annual dinner celebration. A little fun, a lot of appreciation, and one simple purpose: to celebrate the work behind 2025 and recognise the people who made it happen.
At ASEC, standards do not live in slides or slogans. They live in daily habits: doing the right follow-up, taking ownership, staying sharp on delivery, and helping teammates succeed. This night was our way of saying thank you and giving proper recognition to those who consistently raised the bar.

Sales Excellence Award
Winner: MR Lai
MR Lai stood out in 2025 for consistent execution and steady momentum. Beyond results, he embodied the ASEC way of selling: clear communication, disciplined follow-up, and accountability for the customer experience from first contact through confirmation.
What we appreciate most is reliability. Customers feel it, teams depend on it, and great outcomes start from it.
Backbone Award
Winner: Athirah
Every team has someone who quietly keeps things together. Athirah was recognised as the Backbone because she consistently supports the flow of work, steps in when help is needed, and makes execution smoother for everyone around her.
This award is for the steady strength behind the scenes, the kind that makes the whole organisation run better.
Trainer Excellence Award
Winners: Ridhzuan and Afnan
Trainer excellence is where trust is earned in real time. Ridzuan and Afnan were recognised for strong preparation, high training quality, and the ability to deliver engaging sessions while staying grounded in real safety outcomes.
Great trainers do not just teach. They shape confidence, readiness, and the habits that protect lives.
Manager of the Year
Winner: Fatin
Fatin led with clarity and composure throughout 2025. She kept the team aligned, pushed for stronger execution, and ensured priorities remained clear even when things got busy.

ASEC Ambassador Award and Employee of the Year
Winner: Ridzuan
Two awards, one message: Ridzuan embodies what ASEC stands for. As a Master Trainer, he brings credibility to the front line, but his impact goes beyond training delivery. In 2025, he consistently demonstrated leadership, initiative, and professionalism that strengthened both culture and trust.
